{"id":915,"date":"2013-07-15T23:22:00","date_gmt":"2013-07-15T23:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.crac.hamcq.cn\/?p=1675"},"modified":"2021-07-20T10:20:00","modified_gmt":"2021-07-20T10:20:00","slug":"\u4e1a\u4f59\u7535\u53f0\u6267\u7167\u6837\u5f0f\u53c2\u8003","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.crac.org.cn\/?p=915","title":{"rendered":"\u4e1a\u4f59\u7535\u53f0\u6267\u7167\u6837\u5f0f\u53c2\u8003"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u4e3a\u4fbf\u4e8e\u5404\u65b9\u9762\u4e86\u89e3\u4e1a\u4f59\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u53f0\u6267\u7167\u7684\u6837\u5f0f\uff0cCRAC\u6839\u636e\u5de5\u4e1a\u548c\u4fe1\u606f\u5316\u90e8\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\uff0c\u5236\u4f5c\u4e86\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u4e1a\u4f59\u7535\u53f0\u6267\u7167\u6837\u5f0f\u793a\u610f\u56fe\uff0c\u4ec5\u4f9b\u53c2\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e1a\u4f59\u7535\u53f0\u6267\u7167\u5e94\u5f53\u8f7d\u660e\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u5e94\u7b26\u5408\u5de5\u4fe1\u90e8\u65e0[2013]43\u53f7\u300a\u5de5\u4e1a\u548c\u4fe1\u606f\u5316\u90e8\u5173\u4e8e\u5b9e\u65bd&lt;\u4e1a\u4f59\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u53f0\u7ba1\u7406\u529e\u6cd5&gt;\u82e5\u5e72\u4e8b\u9879\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u300b\u7b2c\u5341\u6761\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u4e2d\u4e2a\u4eba\u8bbe\u7f6e\u7684\u666e\u901aA\u3001B\u3001C\u7c7b\u4e1a\u4f59\u7535\u53f0\u4f7f\u7528\u6298\u53e0\u5c0f\u672c\u5f0f\u7684\u6267\u7167\u3002\u6267\u7167\u4e3b\u9875\u5e94\u8f7d\u660e\u6838\u5b9a\u7684\u4e00\u53f0\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u53d1\u5c04\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u578b\u53f7\u548c\u51fa\u5382\u5e8f\u53f7\u3002\u6838\u5b9a\u53d1\u5c04\u8bbe\u5907\u6570\u91cf\u4e3a2\u81f35\u53f0\u65f6\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u6267\u7167\u4e3b\u9875\u53f3\u8fb9\u7684\u8fb9\u680f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9644\u9875\uff0c\u6253\u5370\u5176\u4f59\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8bbe\u5907\u6570\u91cf\u591a\u4e8e5\u53f0\u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u53e6\u4f7f\u7528\u767d\u7eb8\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9644\u9875\u3002\u4e3a\u4fbf\u4e8e\u914d\u5957\u68c0\u67e5\uff0c\u9644\u9875\u5e94\u6ce8\u660e\u6267\u7167\u7f16\u53f7\u3001\u7535\u53f0\u547c\u53f7\u5e76\u52a0\u76d6\u6267\u7167\u6838\u53d1\u673a\u6784\u7684\u56fe\u7ae0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6267\u7167\u4e2d\u201c\u901a\u4fe1\u4f7f\u7528\u8303\u56f4\u201d\u6309\u7167\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u8bbe\u53f0\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\u4e2d\u7684\u201c\u62df\u901a\u4fe1\u8303\u56f4\u201d\u786e\u5b9a\u3002\u901a\u4fe1\u8303\u56f4\u4e3a\u201c\u7701\u3001\u81ea\u6cbb\u533a\u3001\u76f4\u8f96\u5e02\u6240\u8f96\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u201d\u8005\uff0c\u6267\u7167\u7684\u201c\u901a\u4fe1\u4f7f\u7528\u8303\u56f4\u201d\u4e3a\u201c\u672c\u7701\uff08\u6216\u672c\u533a\u3001\u672c\u5e02\uff09\u201d\uff0c\u8be5\u7535\u53f0\u53ea\u80fd\u4e0e\u672c\u7701\uff08\u533a\u3001\u5e02\uff09\u5185\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u4e1a\u4f59\u7535\u53f0\u901a\u4fe1\uff0c\u5176\u4f7f\u7528\u5730\u70b9\u4e5f\u53ea\u80fd\u5728\u672c\u7701\uff08\u533a\u3001\u5e02\uff09\u5185\u3002\u901a\u4fe1\u8303\u56f4\u4e3a\u201c\u6d89\u53ca\u4e24\u4e2a\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u7701\u3001\u81ea\u6cbb\u533a\u3001\u76f4\u8f96\u5e02\u6216\u8005\u6d89\u53ca\u5883\u5916\u201d\u7684\uff0c\u6267\u7167\u7684\u201c\u901a\u4fe1\u4f7f\u7528\u8303\u56f4\u201d\u4e3a\u201c\u5168\u56fd\u201d\uff0c\u8be5\u7535\u53f0\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e\u4efb\u4f55\u5730\u65b9\u7684\u4e1a\u4f59\u7535\u53f0\u901a\u4fe1\uff0c\u5176\u4f7f\u7528\u5730\u70b9\u53ef\u4ee5\u6309\u5728\u5168\u56fd\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u79fb\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5355\u4f4d\u8bbe\u7f6e\u7684\u666e\u901aA\u3001B\u3001C\u7c7b\u4e1a\u4f59\u7535\u53f0\u4f7f\u7528A4\u5355\u5f20\u5f0f\u7684\u6267\u7167\u3002\u6b64\u65f6\u6267\u7167\u5fc5\u987b\u6ce8\u660e\u4e3b\u8981\u53f0\u5740\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e1a\u4f59\u4e2d\u7ee7\u53f0\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u7279\u6b8a\u4e1a\u4f59\u7535\u53f0\u5747\u4f7f\u7528A4\u5355\u5f20\u5f0f\u7684\u6267\u7167\u3002\u4e2d\u7ee7\u53f0\u7684\u201c\u901a\u4fe1\u4f7f\u7528\u8303\u56f4\u201d\u5e94\u6ce8\u660e\u201c\u4ec5\u9650\u56fa\u5b9a\u4f7f\u7528\u201d\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u5730\u70b9\u4e3a\u6267\u7167\u6ce8\u660e\u7684\u53f0\u5740\u3002\u5176\u901a\u4fe1\u8303\u56f4\u7531\u5b9e\u9645\u8986\u76d6\u60c5\u51b5\u786e\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u63a8\u8350\u7684\u6267\u7167\u7f16\u53f7\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e3a\uff1a\u5b57\u6bcd\u201cAR\u201d\uff0c\u52a0\u8bbe\u53f0\u4eba\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u53f7\u7801\u6216\u8bbe\u53f0\u5355\u4f4d\u673a\u6784\u4ee3\u7801\u3002\u4f46\u6279\u51c6\u8bbe\u53f0\u7684\u673a\u6784\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u9009\u62e9\u91c7\u7528\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u6267\u7167\u7f16\u53f7\u524d\u7f00\uff0c\u52a0\u8bbe\u53f0\u4eba\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u53f7\u7801\u6216\u8bbe\u53f0\u5355\u4f4d\u673a\u6784\u4ee3\u7801\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>1\u3001\u666e\u901a\u4e1a\u4f59\u7535\u53f0\u6267\u7167\u6837\u5f0f\uff08\u4e2a\u4eba\u8bbe\u7f6e\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a
